Costs and confirmation

The cost of full day attendance, incl. catering (lunch, dinner), documentation and parking is €595,- excl. VAT. The fee for NAF members is € 495,-. Register before June 15th to benefit from the early bird fee.

Until June 15th:

Early bird NAF Member: € 445,-

After June 15th: 
Regular registration fee: € 595,-
NAF member fee: € 495,-

Carefree registration and participation
You can register for and participate in our congresses without any worries. Should you be unable to attend or should you show symptoms of illness*, you can of course have a colleague take your place free of charge. In this case we ask you to contact us via Eva Verhappen:
*We advise visitors not to attend congresses if they suffer from a cold or fever.

Automatic confirmation
After your online registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us via +31 (0)40-2146202 or

Official confirmation
One week before the conference, you will receive an official confirmation of your registration by email.

Your data will be used to keep you posted about activities of CKC Seminars and participants of Digital Architecture Design Day, according to the AVG/GDPR guidelines. If you do not want to receive any information, please let us know.

Invoices and payment
Invoices will be submitted electronically to your business email address or to the mailbox of the accounts payable address of your company. Please note that the name of your company and the address have to be filled in correctly if the invoice has to be send to the accounts payable. Please also complete the purchase number if needed for payment in your company.

Payment is required within 14 days, after you’ve received our invoice.

DADD 2020


Any cancellation should be sent by e-mail to CKC Seminars. Delivery of cancellation has to be confirmed by the responsible person from CKC Seminars. Please note that your registration can be transferred to a colleague.

Terms for fee refund

Until October 20 – 2020
100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of €50,- will be charged.

After October 20 – 2020
No refund for congress fees will be made, the complete amount will be charged.
